sitemap does not working

Hello, Today I have just purchase sitemap generator I have set it at 40000 urls but the sitemap generate only 30000 urls can you help me why it happens how I can check and fix the error?

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
