Not going ahead beyond a point

The site map generator has been running for last 1.5 days. Today it has been showing the same status again and again.
Everytime I check the status, it shows the same thing for last 10 hours.

I have resumed several times and then it starts showing more files are getting processed.  But when I wait and refresh after an hour or two, it resumes from the same point as above.

Hello,

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.
