Sitemap Generator only indexed 3 Pages of site

Hello!  The sitemap crawler is only indexing 3 pages.  There are many more and I'm not sure why only three showed up.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Update: there are incorrect canonical meta tags on the website.
