please try to create a file name ".htaccess" in generator/ folder with one line:
RewriteEngine off

Hello,

please try to remove generator folder and reupload files again. Make sure that you upload them using the same ftp account used for other website files.

Hi, making progress - can now access generator.

Now have error message - Sitemap file is not writable: /usr/home/public_html/sitemap.xml

Is tagged as 666.

Advise please

Looks like the path is incorrect - it should point to your website domain folder.
