Only Indexing 561 URLs in the XML Sitemap

I am trying to create XML sitemap for my Education website but the tool only indexing 561 URL and then stopped. My website has approx. 5000 to 10000 page that's why I purchase this script else for 500 URLs the free version is enough.

Here I would like share the process which I was following:
Our main website ([ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]) is hosted on Tomcat server and there we can't create XML sitemap, that's why we used our Apache server for creating XML Sitemap for the main website.

This process I discussed with your member Mr. Philip then I purchased this tool.

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
