Not Blocking Url's

I am trying to block the following links and it isn't working.  I will put the link and then the exclude I am using

/?p=767 - /\?p=\d+$

/trashto1.html?replytocom=67197 - /.*\?replytocom=\d+$

/wp-includes/wlwmanifest.xml - /wp-includes.*$

Also, if I look at the .xml sitemap it only shows 44 pages but looking at the text it is showing 268 pages.
