Indexer starts, but stops immediately and shows no pages

We have installed the generator on our test site, which runs on IIS and uses classic ASP. All went well during the setup, however when we run the generator, it starts, then stops immediately with no pages indexed.
Can someone help with this please?

The robots.txt file has been adjusted, but the generator stops after a few minutes and needs to be re-started again. Is there something that could be causing this?

Hello,

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.

Thanks, but this is an IIS server, so will need to figure that one out.

in case of Windows server it might be needed to increase script timeout in IIS configuration as described on:
