Cannot create sitemap manually and can't log in when username,password are set

Hi,

I have just installed the sitemap generator according to the instructions in the pdf. However, I can not run the sitemap generator manually. If I do, I just get directed to the Configuration page (no error message) and nothing happens.

I can run the generator, on the command line, though it outputs the following HTML at the end, which seems weird.

Also, I can't log in. I am authenticated in the PHP session in which I created the login credentials, but if I open a Private window, I cannot login. There is no error message, I just get the login page again.

Any idea what the problem is?

please try to reset the configuration (remove generator/data/generator.conf file) and define login details again.

That did not work, not too surprising as this problem was present from a fresh install.
