CRON

Hi,
How do you set up a CRON? What how many minutes to fire him and how often? How do you set up a CRON? What how many minutes to fire him and how often? The point is, for example, to rebuild the map every three days.
Is it enough to fire once and the end, or for some time must be launched cron on the server?

Hello,

setting up the cron task depends on the website and your preferences (i.e. how often you'd like to get sitemap updated). Usually it is sufficient to run it one time. In case if server limits running time and sitemap is not created in a single run you would need to set it up to run it multiple times.

How do I configure the CRON program?
On the server, I have a choice:
1. Program:
a) cURL
b) PHP 5.2
c) PHP 5.3
....
h) Wget
2. URL
3. Working directory
4. Interval

what should I choose?
The site has about 60,000 addresses.

The last map generated me over 4 hours. Is it enough for me to call CRON once, do I have to expel him from time to time to build a map?

Hello,

in case if sitemap was created after 4 hours run, you can leave a single task.
