NO sitemap.xml file created!

I have just purchased Sitemap Unlimited Generator, did all insturctions exactly 100% but I am facing below problems:

- after creating and modifying the permissions for XML files: sitemap, sitemap-images, sitemap-mobile, and when click on "create sitemap", the generator is deleting these files! and giving issue that "0" sitemap files has been created!

Please help urgently, thank you

my story it's the same with him....
then i change http into https
but it's still 0 sitemap.xml

i think your guys need to creat one video about how to use it!
it's very easy and then upload it in youtube
