Sitemap Generator doesn't do anything. Video Sitemap Doesn't Crawl Site Even

I only wanted this generator for a video sitemap. I installed and ran the create sitemap. Site has 100's of videos. Generator shows 0 on site. I go to the /sitemap_video.xml page and it 404s

Note that only videos from this sources can be detected by sitemap generator bot:
https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/video-sitemap.html
YouTube, Google Video, Vimeo, Dailymotion, MTV

(since they provide API that allow to get video details like play duration/thumbnail etc)

there are 200-400 youtube videos embedded on our site but none of them were recognized? I also get a 404 when trying to view the sitemap after its generated [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example page URL with video that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
