In sitemap include only category urls

Hi

I have one little problem. How can i include in sitemap only category urls, if my site urls are configured like this:

Category: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] -> INCLUDE IN SITEMAP
Post: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] -> EXCLUDE FROM SITEMAP

Is it possible somehow include urls with 2 forward slashes, becouse all my categories have 2 forward slashes in url, and exlude urls, if they have 3 forward slashes?
