Help with interrupt.log

Is this a file that is given to us or do we just create a notpad file and name it this...

Also, once this is uploaded to the site, in the data folder, how do I use it to stop the crawl?

Hello,

it can be any file (empty or not) with  interrupt.log filename. Once it is uploaded into data/ folder, generator should detect it and automatically stop (if it is running).
