SItemap generator stopped working

After working for years we now find that the sitemap generator is getting the following error:-

There was an error while retrieving the URL specified: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
HTTP Code:

HTTP headers:
x_csize: 0

HTTP output:

I tried with and without an ip address - currently no username password to get the tool

please try to install the latest version of sitemap generator (v8.0)

I have installed the latest version as instructed - I get the same error!

The site is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and I have not added password to it

I've emptied "Use IP address" setting and it works now.
