URLs excluded which shouldn't be???

Cannot figure this one out. Same problem on another generator.

Even with no exclusions certain URLs will not show up on sitemap.

This one will:
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

This one won't:
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

Almost the same, but one works and one doesn't. Any ideas?
