How can I create a sitemap to have affiliate products on the second (or third) level to show?
I will refresh the products and the sitemap every hour.
Currently it only maps the 1st level (categories on navigation bar).

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
