SIATEMAP GENERATED NOT RECOGNIZED ON GOOGLE CONSOLE

I have been having this issues for days now, My generator generates sitemap but the links do not seem recognizable to google as it tells me no sitemap was submitted. What might be the issue and how can i be helped to resolve this quickly  ???
