Script Timing Out on Large Websites

Hi there

I recently bought this script and tried running it on a large website. After 30 seconds it times out. It only indexes 700 pages and no more.

We have increased memory_limit and max_execution_time as high as we could, but the script still does not work. No matter how high the execution time, it dies after 30 seconds. We have a dedicated server with 64GB RAM but the script still does not work.

I cannot connect via SSH as I struggle to use programs like Putty.

Is there any other way to get the script to work on large sites?

Just some follow up....

I have managed to use SSH since the script itself does not work, but for some reason even through SSH the script only indexes 900 pages and no more.
