HTML Sitemap Missing Many Pages

My XML sitemap currently has 187 links.  But the HTML version only has 34.  Is there a place in Configuration where it is being limited?

Also, now both XML and HTML are only doing 35 pages.  I don't think I changed any settings since it was working, and don't see what may be limiting it.
