XML Parsing Error: no element found

Hi

So what's the crack here then:

XML Parsing Error: no element found
Location: [external links are visible to admins only]
Line Number 1, Column 1:

it took over 4 hours to crawl and the end result is a parsing error

and to compliment the 4 hours over 2gig of bandwidth used

any suggestions from support would be appreciated.

http://discountdvds-uk.com/sitemap.xml doesn't seem to be created by Standalone Sitemap Generator script, try to clean that xml file and re-generate the sitemap.
