My sitemap generator is not working correctly and the person I'm contacting can't, or doesn't want to fix it.

I tested it through the one I bought.
The urls crawled are 153 (I have more than 20,000 pages). They're all crawled as "[external links are visible to admins only]index.php/ff/" which is not the correct url. The script seems to be doing something weird to the database. I don't know why it's crawling the 153 pages in THAT format (and why only 153).
To see if there was nothing wrong with the script, I tested the free sitemap generator.

The urls crawled are 500 (it's maximum limit) and all of them work.
I keep telling this to the person who sent me the installation confirmation and He doesn't know what I'm talking about.
Can anyone help me fix this?
