I installed it, but when I run it, it doesn't work

After selecting Start Creating Sitemap

I was redirected to the homepage

And can't create any sitemap

I have chmoded the data directory, the sitemap.xml file (empty)

What I need to do ?

Update: changing Starting URL from http to https link resolved this.
