Unlimited Sitemap Generator not work

Recently, I purchased the Unlimited Sitemap Generator with installation service from [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]. Unfortunately, there have been some difficulties since the installation - my website is no longer ranking and the sitemap is not updating automatically. Additionally, only 47 pages are included in the sitemap, which is not sufficient for my website.

I am seeking assistance and would be grateful if someone could help me. Perhaps someone has had similar experiences and knows how to solve this problem. Any tips and support would be greatly appreciated.
