moved to new host, reconfigured but create map button is grayed out

Reconfigured but create map button is grayed out  "Create Sitemap"

Got it running installed the new version, set the file permissions as per the installation directions and uploaded the sitemap.xml again which disappeared in the move somehow. Bluehost really messed up the backup
