Nothing happens when starting XML genertor: white screen

I allways was able to use XML sitemaps, but lately I cannot start is anymore. As well with Safari and Chrome.
When I logged in I get a white screen with nothing. Sometimes I see a HTTP ERROR 500.
I already reinstalled everything. Did not help.
Can you help me please?

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.

Tnx but it did not work for me.
I increased max_execution_time from 240 to 360 and memory_limit from 128M to 256M.

After I login my screen immediately turn white and stops. So I see the logonscreen after that nothing.

Any other suggetions?

in this case I would recommend to run generator in command line if you have ssh access to your server.

I have access to SSH on my Synology.
I don't know how to run a command line. I cannot find it in the documentation.
Can you help me with that?

Oke, that was a good tip. It worked! Although I had to guess the command line because I have a white screen after logon, so I can not see the Create sitemap page.

And how can I make changes to the configuration. I cannot start the web version of XML Generator, so I cannot change and see anything.
