ERROR: There was an error while retrieving the URL specified

I reinstalled XML-Sitemap and it's giving this error message when I try to get it to create a sitemap.

Backstory:

• I initially bought and installed this product a year ago.
• No issues detected on my end. Sitemaps propagated nicely. I left it alone to do its thing.
• I checked the sitemap the other day and noticed that the sitemap dates hadn't changed since 5 August 2025, when I initially installed the software.
• I deleted the product and then reinstalled it. Everything seemed to go fine until this error came up.

UPDATE FOR ANYONE ELSE WITH THIS ISSUE: Resolved. The issue was that I hadn't saved the two .xml files I'd created as "All Files." I recreated and uploaded them, which stopped the error from occurring.
