Confirmation of receipt of order

Hi I hope some one can help me,
I placed an order for unlimited sitemap generator and also uploading a few hours ago.   I have received no confirmation that the order has been received, although my paypal transaction was succesful. Will I recieve confirmation by e-mail?  How long can I expect to wait for the sitemap to be uploaded?  I was asked for my FTM information I assumed this meant web address, user name and password.  Have I missed out some needed info?
