Username Password not saved ?

Hi

Installed generator and had some issues originally because I added a .htaccess file to limit access, however I've removed this and used the username / password in the configuration form.

I find however that the username and password are not filled in when you review the configuration, so consequently if you make a change and  save the changes the protection is removed unless you re-enter a username / password.

I notice that the values for these fields are in the page html but are not value attributes of the input tags.
