site map doesn't update

Hi

I created a public_html folder for my sitemap but google gave me back a load of errors, and a list of urls that weren't allowed in that folder.

I've put the sitemap in the main directory but it doesn't update so every few days I have to download a new one with all my updates.

I emailed customer support last week when the forum was down but they never replied even though I told them I'm on the verge of needing to pay for a sitemap when my site goes over 500 pages.

Can anyone on this forum help me?

Hello,

with Online Sitemap Generator sitemap cannot be updated automatically, you should re-generate it from time to time and reupload it to your domain root folder.

with Standalone Sitemap Generator you will be able to automatically update sitemap by setting up a scheduled task in your hosting control panel.
