An Error has Ocurred

All,
I have 2 sites I am trying to do a sitemap for

I got An Error has occurred when trying to do sitemaps for them. Anyone know what the issue is? Im pretty good at troubleshooting but this problem has me stumped. I can pull up both sites in my browser fine so I dont think its a networking issue. I dont have any redirects or https turned on either. Any and all help is much appreciated

The second URL returns default server page with HTTP error 403:
