SM not listing all my pages

Hi,
 
Just bought your product, installed it and ran it.  However, it keeps creating only 276 urls and then shows me a bunch of errors and the redirects.  We have about 1000+ pages that I would like to include in the sitemap.
 
Please advise,

Hello Joe,

please make sure that you have set all permissions as instructed (for sitemap.xml, ror.xml, config.inc.php files and data/ folder).

I have double checked and I have permissions set per your intructions.  The crawl stops at 283 pages.  Please help!

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached from homepage?
