Not Indexing Site

Hello, I had no problems loading onto my site.

At first when I did the crawl it would get to around 400 pages and then quit.  So I changed the execution time on the crawler and time out in my php admin.  I also put in my ip address.

The next time I tried it, started outwell, but then i would get a prompt for a download of "index.php" which was blank, and this kept interurpting my files.

I tried again, and the crawl would finish but it would show that there were zero sitemap files.  Help?

Ok, I took out the ip address and now it is crawling.

But once again I get hit with the download of index.php and that screws the crawl up?  Ideas?
