Error with my FTP user name and password...

From the moment my sitemap was uplaod, my frontpage stop working, now I cant update my website because I keep having erorr message.

What did you change that I cant upload or download any file from my server...?

sitemap generator *cannot* affect your FTP account login, please contact your host regarding that.
