Help creating a sitemap

I am trying to create a sitemap for [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and I am getting only 1 page showing up. I have a button bar that are click able images that link between the pages.  Is this why the generator will not work?  What are my options?

the links on your homepage are handled with javascript, you should put the link with html tags (<a href="">) to get them indexed .
