URL Error - Site is up and running.

I tried generating a site map with your free online generator. It keeps returning the following error:

There was an error while accessing the URL specified: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
Please make sure to specify the correct website URL and resubmit your request.

The URL is correct. Resubmitting does not help.

The site is live, I've checked it several times in more than one browser. Does your tool not work with sites built with .php files?
