IPBFREE Problems

Hi , done a search and can't find anything that answers my q..

Problem is ipbfree ,there is no where to upload the sitemap.xml file.
i have verified my site [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and registered the url days ago, still not listing in google whatsoever

help appreciated

sitemap.xml must be uploaded in domain root, otherwise search engines won't process it.

Thanks for the reply , there is no tftp access with ipb free. i have access to board wrappers only

is there some other code i can paste in

I suppose it would be better to contact your host to find out if there is a workaround.
