Keep getting 0 documents indexed

I have my setup pointed at what should be the proper URL etc.  But when I run an "Analyze", I just get:

In text format
In ROR format
HTML sitemap

how can I troubleshoot where the problem is?  I watch the apache logs, and it queries the main index file, but none of the other files that link from it...

Hello,

may be your domain homepage is redirected to different URL (like non-www to www domain redirect).
A good way to check if there are possible crawling issues is to use our Search engines bot simulator tool.
