Godaddy Servers / domains

I searched the forums but didn't (quite) see the full answer to this.

I'm using godaddy and have unlimited domains. basically it's one domain and all the others are masked. you have the primary domain and all other domains i create in a folder in that folder named for that domain. Where do I install the sitemap? In the primarydomain or the folder for that specific domain? Thanks. Here's somewhat of the hierarchy below.

Primary domain = [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]


- Root [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

     - (new domain created in folder of above) [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

you should install sitemap generator per domain name, i.e. in:
primarydomain.com/generator/ folder.
