Question about sitemap

I have created the sitemap and when i open it to check it i see that it contain the same page like:

www.bratislava.gr
www.bratislava.gr/index.htm

Should i delete the index.htm from the sitemap before i send it to google??

If you have that page on site and it's accessible, then it still is likely to be indexed by google.
