I use Network solutions for my website.  I don't use an FTP I just go in and upload my files through NS.  I have uploaded the generator and created the  ror.xml and sitemap.xml files in my notepad and uploaded them to my directory.  I tried to pull up [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and it gave me this message. 

Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed.

What did I do wrong?

try to append "index.php" to the URL, i.e.:
domain.com/generator/index.php

Where would I do that?
