Need a sitemap for my phpbb based forum

Hi guys,

I am new here. I am an Admin of a [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ].

Recently while a SEO site I found that if you have a Sitemap, bots can easily index the inner pages of your forum.

Hence I want to create a sitemap of my forum. Can some one please help me.

BTW I would mention here that my knowledge in running forums is pretty basic.
