Sitemap doesn't validate

I've hunted for the answer in the forums but cannot find. The sitemap generated will not validate using the Validation Tool. I keep getting the following error:

Low-level XML well-formedness and/or validity processing output

Error: Expected ; after entity name, but got = in unnamed entity at line 9 char 71

What is your sitemap URL?

It validates today.  Maybe it was getting a server cached copy of a bad sitemap.xml when I tested it before.  Thanks for the offer to look into it -- great site here!
