Sitemap.xml and robots.txt not working in google

So, I've uploaded my sitemap.xml and robots.txt, but google says, that no robots.txt.. Here details:

And sitemap.xml error message by google:

"Network unreachable: robots.txt unreachable
We were unable to crawl your Sitemap because we found a robots.txt file at the root of your site but were unable to download it. Please ensure that it is accessible or remove it completely."

it looks like your host blocks Google bot requests, so it cannot even access the sitemap or robots.txt file.

yeah. it was server side firewall fault.
