all links are not listing in sitemap

hi,
i have used free online site map generator.
its worked great for my another site.
but this time this is not listing many the links.
i tested my site all the links are working.
when i try to generate the sitemap its showing the 404 pages for some
many pages are not listed.

what is an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
