Sitemap generator doesnt even start

I have used the generator before, but recently it has not worked. I get error below:

FastCGI Error
The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request.

Error Details:

The FastCGI process exceeded configured activity timeout
Error Number: 258 (0x80070102).
Error Description: The wait operation timed out.
HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

Be grateful if somebody could help, as its really improtant to us.

from the message details it looks like you should ask your host to increase fastcgi timeout setting on your server.
