Trade script and site map

Hi my site map was being generated ok but when I added a trade script to it its not putting the pages in the xml file any more do you think you could take a look for me please ...

do you mean it's not adding pages from that new script or no pages at all?

Its adding the main pages but not adding the ones with movies on them ...
