map for php built site

Hi All
I need to write a site map for a friends site

the urls look like:
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

etc etc.
It has  built using php and the navigation is javascript.
When I try to use the site map generator all I get is a blank page.
Could somebody point me in the right direction please.

I just tried and sitemap has been created successfully: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/details-www.flyfishiceland.com.html

I have just tried the generator again and now get results returned whereas yesterday nothing at all.
