With help of admin I have installed the generator and everything is going well, but I want to know: I have a website with ads where the ads often change. The Google Sitemaps helps find the new ads? Or this sitemap, he helped me just for ads that were when I installed the generator?

ads are normally pointing to external sites, so they are not included in sitemap (only the pages located on your site are included).
