Incomplete Sitemap

When generating a sitemap for this site, only the index page was included and the rest of the pages were ignored - [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]. Can anyone explain this?

make sure that you specify domain with www prefix as starting URL.

Thank you, Sir, that worked - I am still not sure why though, since I have generated other sitemaps successfully before with just the http prefix and no www prefix.
