missing folder search

Hi guys. I have a sub-folder called [external links are visible to admins only] which has html pages in it but this isnt being included in the sitemap. :-[

Can anyone suggest what I should do?

How can I explicitly state a folder to be included?

yes its on the top page, but not a full html link, just [external links are visible to admins only]
